My stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The room was incredibly comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the wide and breathtaking views at the back. The pool area was a fantastic place to relax, and what impressed me most was how impeccably clean the room was. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

For all the reasons that you can imagine, i had no reason even to waste data in putting a review for this hotel. From the start on my stay with check-in to have failed by 10 questions being answered with 10 NOs is no way hospitality. Internet extremely weak This is the first time i encounter for Housekeeping available only upon request (morning only) No safety box in room even after it was promised twice between my stay of 5 days. Water pressure at the shower head started by dripping and only get fixed after my 2nd follow-up by maintenance person. My team of 5 rooms for 11 nights each (full price rack rate paid upon check-in) are all experiencing the similar bad service from the receptionist and I am quite sure to have an equally bad experience to come when I am to checkout later this noon.

Worst hotel. Really not worth the price. We booked here for 7 nights. Our 1st day here, the exhaust fan was not working. We had to call the maintenance to replace it. The tv also had some issues. We called the maintenance and he told us that, “ganyan na po kasi yan” (the tv had already this problem before). It was like saying that we should accept it as is. Good thing he agreed to replace it in the end. Gym equipment are not well maintained. Thread mill is not working properly. The weight machine is not oiled and cleaned. Lastly, from the 1st day until the 4th day, we had no internet. The front desk officer said that they can’t do anything about it and just wait until the internet is up. Again, it was like saying that we should accept it as is. We booked in this hotel expecting great service and comfort. But we were welcomed by bad service and poor facilities. On a positive note, breakfast food was good. :)

It's a very nice and clean hotel in Sto Tomas Batangas near the St. Cabrini Medical Center. The place is very central but quiet. The Hotel have a very nice pool.

We booked a family room yesterday here and the hotel service is really good. The water in the swimming pool is clean and each room has aircon including the living room. There's also a bath tub and care kit and other personal stuff in the restroom such as toothbrush, toothpaste, bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner.
